The "Sint Agnietenklooster" in #Elburg (Gelderland) was built in the first half of the 15th century as a cloister for women, dedicated to Saint Agnes. Its construction, including a two-storey "double chapel", was largely completed by 1475. Following the Reformation around 1580, the convent was dissolved and the last nuns expelled; the building lost its religious function. Over the centuries the complex was reused as warehouse, vinegar factory, school, town hall, and dwelling.
