The "Sint Jacobsgasthuis" is a complex in #Schiedam (Zuid-Holland). It was built in 1787 by Jan Giudici on the site of a medieval hospital; one of his major works. The building features a neoclassical facade and two projecting side wings enclosing a forecourt. The wings have corner pavilions styled as mansions with floors, hipped roofs with chimneys, rusticated central projections with entrances, and rusticated corner pilasters. Windows have sash frames with small panes.
