Part of a row of 13 townhouses, its facade features limestone on a granite base, crafted by the Kranenburg factory. It was designed by Jan Olthuis. The eclectic facade, featuring a mix of neo-styles and Art Nouveau, includes stained-glass windows and a semi-inset balcony with peacock motifs.
