Paleis van de Hoogproost

Description

"Paleis van de Hoogproost" is an 18th-century U-shaped mansion in Lodewijk-XV style. It is a former canon's house within the Sint-Servaas chapter's claustral precinct. Built in the second quarter of the 1700s, it features a cobbled courtyard enclosed by a wall and gate, with a main building and two lower wings. The façade boasts a central risaliet with ornate rocaille stucco, segment-arched windows in Namur stone, and a slate mansard roof with dormers.
