The Belfry of Cambrai, standing at 62.5 meters tall, was constructed between 1447 and 1474 in the northern French city of Cambrai (département du Nord). The original belfry was demolished in 1095 by Bishop Mannasses and rebuilt in 1207, only to be destroyed again by Emperor Henry VII. In 1395, Cambrai received official permission to erect a belfry, leading to the construction of the current tower as part of the Saint Martin's Church. Although the church was destroyed during the French Revolution, the belfry remained intact.
