Description

A house named "De Vergulde Turkse Keyser" or "Huis van Labouchère" was built in 1667 and renovated in Louis XVI style around 1770. Notable owners include Anna Robijns (1667), Constantin Ranst (1679), and Tsar Peter the Great (1716-1717). The facade features a strict, layered sandstone design with Ionic pilasters, profiled window frames, and an eagle in the pediment. The interior boasts fine wall paneling and a painted ceiling.
