"Station Turnhout", located in the Belgian city of #Turnhout (Antwerpen), was inaugurated on April 23, 1855, as part of railway line 29 connecting Herentals to Turnhout. The current neorenaissance-style station building dates back to 1896. Historically, there was a continuous connection via Baarle to Tilburg in the Netherlands, known as "Bels lijntje".
