"Kasteel van Lozer", also known as "Castle della Faille d'Huysse", is a historic estate in a landscaped park with ponds in #Kruishoutem (Oost-Vlaanderen), bordered by forest and farmland. Originating as the seat of the lordship of Huise, it has medieval roots and passed through noble families, notably the Vilain and Montmorency families. It was acquired in 1654 by Jean-Baptiste della Faille. The current neo-Louis XVI appearance dates from after 1914, designed by architect Valentin Vaerwyck. The landscaped park was redesigned in 1885 by Friedrich Eduard Keilig. The estate includes outbuildings, a neo-gothic gatehouse, a dovecote, and a farmstead.
