De Demerrondeel, located at Demer 30b in Heusden, is a defensive structure originally part of the medieval city wall along the Demer River. During a major restoration in the late 20th century, a new tower was constructed on the old foundations in 1985. This tower now houses the studios of glass sculptor Josée Bastiaenen and city restorer Iggy 't Hart.
