Alberta Iela 13 in #Riga is a prime example of eclectic decorative Art Nouveau, designed by architect Mikhail Eisenstein and built in 1904 for State Councillor Andrey Lebedinsky. The residential apartment building features elaborate façades with central projections crowned by multi-level pediments filled with sculptural reliefs: masks, dragons, cartouches, geometric patterns, and female figures typical of the style.
