"De Gekroonde Byenkorf" is a monumental house in #Amersfoort (Utrecht), dating to 1687. The house with a neck gable stands prominently at the corner of Kamp and Coninckstraat. Its facade features ornate vases on the outer corners, intricate sculpture, graceful garlands, and a year ribbon inscribed 1687. A distinctive facade stone depicts a beehive crowned by two cherubs, giving the building its name. Attached is a brick warehouse on Coninckstraat with hoist doors and cross windows below.
