A mansion in #SintNiklaas (Oost-Vlaanderen), built in 1895 and designed by architect F. Van Goethem, features a richly decorated façade in Flemish neo-renaissance style. The ground floor has rusticated bossage, a basket-arched gate, and three round-arched windows. The entrance bay includes a curved baluster balcony with a rectangular door under a decorated basket arch on the upper floor, topped by a dormer above a dentiled cornice. The window bay has a three-sided wooden oriel on the upper floor, surmounted by a gable adorned with obelisks, ornamental vases, festoens, cartouches, and a small round balcony.
