Description

A 1902 Art Nouveau mansion in #Breda (Noord-Brabant) was commissioned by stone mason Ch.P.A.M. Petit and designed by architects P.A. Oomes and L. van der Pas. Built on the former harbor, it replaced the front of an early 19th-century house. The four-story house (including basement) features a complex saddle and hipped roof with shingles. The east-facing facade, in red brick with colorful natural stone accents, has rusticated basement, sculpted floral motifs, wrought-iron balconies, and leaded stained-glass windows.
