Description

A villa built in 1893 in #Groningen, comprises three units designed by P.M.A. Huurman in an ornate eclectic style for the van Beeten family. The red brick building features a rectangular layout, a basement, and two stories under a truncated hipped roof. Its facades boast segment-arched windows and doors with plastered surrounds, Corinthian pilasters, and balustered parapets. Notable interior elements include wooden staircases, stucco ceilings, and ornate fireplaces, with preserved original layouts.
