Description

A bank building, located in #Groningen, was built in 1892 as a branch of the Dutch Bank, designed by Amsterdam architect A. Salm in an eclectic neo-baroque style. The two-story building with an attic features a red brick façade with hardstone cladding, a seven-step entrance with decorative ironwork, and elaborate stucco details. The façade includes half-pilasters, floral motifs, and a prominent cornice. Windows and doors have intricate designs, with segmented arches and Ionic capitals. The gable, adorned with stucco reliefs, is crowned by a polygonal brick chimney.
