Description

The Belfry of #Dunkirk (département du Nord), originally the bell tower of the Saint-Éloi Church, was constructed in the mid-15th century. In 1782, it was separated from the church, becoming a municipal tower. Standing 58 meters tall, it houses a carillon of 48 bells, including the "Jean Bart" bourdon weighing 7 tons.
