Description

"Salentein" is a historic estate near #Nijkerk (Gelderland), the Netherlands, built on the 16th-century farmstead "Groot Vaneveld". It was expanded in the 18th-19th centuries by the Van Westerveld family into a landscaped country estate. The main house features 18th-century architecture with a symmetrical façade, round towers, a composite hip-roof, and a large pond/moat. The estate includes listed park elements like bridges, a coach house, barn, threshing mill, and gatehouse. Its style is pseudo-medieval with neo-gothic features.
