The "Parochiehuis" in #SintNiklaas (Oost-Vlaanderen), is a baroque parish hall built in 1663-1664 by architect Pieter Van Beerleere. Located at the Grote Markt, it served as a courthouse for the Sint-Niklaas and Nieuwkerken parishes. It survived the 1690 city fire. In 1776, a Rococo staircase was added. In 1823, it was altered in a classicist style. Between 1905-1909, architect August Waterschoot restored Baroque features, including a new statue of Saint Nicholas.
