"Kasteel van Zellaer", near #Bonheiden (Antwerpen) in Belgium, was built between 1888 and 1892 for Baron de Vrière, designed in neo-gothic style by architect Heugenbaarts. During construction, 13th-century foundations were discovered, suggesting an earlier structure. An 1836 description noted a gothic-style house with towers and a central belfry. The current castle used sandstone from demolished forts in Vilvoorde.
