Sint-Jozef

Description

The "Sint-Jozef" house on the Haverwerf in #Mechelen (Antwerpen), Belgium, is a 1669 baroque building, reconstructed in 1904. Named for Saint Joseph, it features a façade with a relief of Saint Joseph and Child Jesus, attributed to architect Lucas Faydherbe. It's part of Mechelen's iconic trio of houses along the Dijle River, tied to the city's historic oat trade.
