Haet ende Nijt is a late 15th to early 16th-century roundel located in the Nieuwstad expansion of Maastricht's Jekerkwartier. Together with the nearby roundel De Vijf Koppen, it formed part of an extension to Maastricht's original late 13th-century second city wall. Both roundels are national monuments and prominent features of the Stadspark Maastricht. The roundel is situated in the Mgr. Nolenspark and is part of the city's second fortification, enclosing the Nieuwstad area south of the Helpoort. Construction began in 1486, and the roundel was completed in 1516.
